G1 dancers have spent a minimum time of one year on the training company. Each season G1 fluctuates in size based on audition size, company focus, and company budget.

Where is the company based?
We are based in Los Angeles, CA.
When does the company rehearse?
The company rehearses every monday in blocks of time for each company or training program. all rehearsals and company class fit inside 5PM - 10PM.
Where does the company rehearse?
GEOMETRY has a residency at GENESIS STUDIOS. all rehearsals and company classes occur here.
How many auditions does the company have?
GEOMETRY auditions ONCE per year. there is no other option to join the company outside our seasonal audition window.
Does the company have open company class?
Yes! GEOMETRY open company classes are offered every Thursday from 8-9:30PM at GENESIS STUDIOS. These classes are open to ALL. We encourage interested dancers to attend these classes and start building community with our dancers and community leaders.
What is the company’s focus?
Each company/program has its own area of focus, which shifts slightly each season.

Does the company hold an intensive?
Yes! The company holds an intensive that aligns with its seasons auditions. This allows interested dancers an opportunity to get a feel of our company and be seen by our director and rehearsal directors. Our 2023 company intensive is tentatively scheduled for MAY 2024.
Does the company travel?
GEOMETRY goes on tour every year with SOUL DE SOUL. Prior to the pandemic, GEOMETRY held an international presence at festivals, workshops, and premiered work globally. We hope to be able to return to this participation outside Los Angeles in SEASON VIII.
